What to expect from a Myotherapy or Remedial Massage Therapy treatment.

A range of techniques are used during a Myotherapy treatment. After a full patient history and examination has been conducted, a treatment program is developed to suit individual patient needs. Techniques used may include massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling, soft tissue release, cupping therapy and thermal (heat) therapy. When having Remedial Massage Therapy the primary technique used is massage.
